Graduate of law from the KU Leuven (1988) and special graduate of social law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1989), Rafaël Claes has been a lawyer with the Brussels bar since 1989. Rafaël Claes is a partner lawyer. Rafaël Claes is specialised in social law, individual and collective labour law and social security law. Rafaël Claes is fluent in Dutch, French, English and German.

Graduate of law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (1989 magna cum laude) and special graduate of social law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1990 magna cum laude), He has been a lawyer with the Brussels bar since 1991. He is a partner lawyer. He is specialised in social law and in particular in the various aspects of company restructurings. He is fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Graduate of law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (1989) and special graduate of social law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1990 cum laude), he has been a lawyer with the Brussels bar since 1991 and deputy judge at the French speaking labor court of Brussels since 2017. He is a partner lawyer. Michel Milde is specialised in individual and collective labour law and social security law. He is fluent in French, Dutch and English.

He is the author of several publications related to labour law and is fluent in French and English.

Antoine Rasneur • antoine.rasneur@clehm.be
Graduate of law of the UCL (1987) and in social law (UGent 1989), Antoine has been a lawyer since 1988 and, since 2001, a professor of social law at Ichec-Entreprises (coordinator of the Executive Master’s module in HR). He is an partner lawyer, specialised in social law (individual and collective relations, social criminal law and social security), and practices this field on a daily basis in the local public service. He works in French and Dutch.

Laura Carré holds a Master II in private law from the University of Liège (2015) as well as a Master II in private law from the University of Burgundy (Dijon, France), which she obtained with honours (2013). She has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 2015 and specialises in labour and social security law. She works in French and English.
