Collective negotiations • We assist companies with collective negotiations and the drafting of collective labour agreements in all matters.

Elections and social relations • Our expertise also extends to the matter of social elections, the setting up and monitoring of the (proper) functioning of social bodies (works council, committee for prevention and protection at work and union delegation) and the management of collective disputes.

Restructuring • The firm also handles all legal aspects related to restructuring procedures as well as negotiations with trade unions.
